The interior design of the houses fulfil every human need for peace, relaxation and pleasure.
No matter where you are on the island you are surrounded by rich vegetation in a green scenery of unique beauty and an amazingly blue horizon. The nature of the surrounding environment gives an unparalleled sensation of energy and tranquillity at the same time.
The houses can be built with a number of different options. The outside perimeter of the house could dispose a patio, a garage, a separate garden or a swimming pool.
The properties, could be built measuring from 70m2 to 160m2. All properties include a private grass garden surrounded by trees. External developments such as a patio, a garage or a private swimming pool can also be built based on the customers specifications.
A number of walkways can be organised on both sides of the main drive enabling cars and people comfortable access to their homes. The car parking areas are mainly planned on the back side of the houses in order to avoid noise and annoyance.
A series of morphological studies have been performed in order to achieve the best combination of sound environmental planning. The design of the properties utilises the traditional kefalonian structural form, in order to deliver a blend of positive architectural outlook, originality and modern functionality.
A selection of plans are available to attain individuality and variety. However, it is only after the selection of the land that we are able to design the ideal plans and maintain harmony with its location.
