If you are interested in getting a mortgage, we can assist you in applying for a mortgage through a Greek bank, as interest rates in Greece are currently very competitive. The period of the loan can extend from 5 to 20 years and most of the banks offer variable interest rates from 3.25 % up to 5.50 % for the first period and + 1.25% up to + 1.50 % for the following periods.
