Our consultancy service is free but for a nominal agreed fee, we can take away all the worry and bureaucratic difficulties involved in setting up your home and living in a foreign country, where often, due to language and cultural differences, matters can seem a little bit complicated.

If you are a permanent or temporary resident, we can assist you with legal and financial issues.

• We can recommend Insurance Companies which offer you suitable cover for your home and its contents with the option for earthquake damage.

• We can recommend accountancy offices to assist you with the completion of the relevant paperwork and who will submit this to the local authorities on your behalf.

• We can assist you in the process of connecting you with the Water, Electricity and Telephone Company.

• It is very exciting to furnish and decorate your new home, or choose plants for your patio or trees and flowers for your garden. But sometimes when you are new in a foreign country, perhaps it is a little difficult to know where to buy the products or items that you need. We can point you in the right direction and give advice.

• We can always assist you with extra home developments if you wish. Our team of plumbers, electricians and builders will ensure that your development plans are carried out exactly as you wish.

If your home is a second or holiday home and you are not permanently resident in Kefalonia, you will probably need someone to look after your property for  the period you are away from the island.
