  2. Legal assessment of the plot of land.
  3. Secure property.
  4. Negotiate the best possible deal.
  5. Handle all necessary legal paperwork including land registry search, topographical surveys, contracts, tax payments etc).
  6. Purchase the land.
  7. Research all possible engineering aspects of the construction.
  8. Produce a series of drawings.
  9. Prepare necessary paperwork for the local building authority including architectural drawings, electromechanical studies, stress analysis studies, interviews with the building authorities, meetings with the civil engineers and the architects, tax payments etc.
  10. File for building permit.
  11. Apply for architectural permit.
  12. Pay taxes upon approval.
  13. Set the development process.
  14. Commence excavation works.
  15. Install cemented foundation frame.
  16. Follow up construction works until completion of the building.*
